ADV Brochure:

Connolly Financial Advisors is a Registered Investment Advisor in Massachusetts. CFA may only transact business in those states in which it is registered, or qualifies for an exemption or exclusion from registration requirements. Currently, CFA is not registered in any additional states because the firm qualifies for a registration exemption in those states. In the event that a client from a state other than Massachusetts decides to utilize our services, CFA will confirm the applicability of the exemption or seek registration in the client's home state.

The Securities and Exchange Commission and state regulators require all registered investment advisors to provide prospective clients with a disclosure document called the Form ADV Part II. Consumers should always request the Form ADV Part II from any investment advisor they are serious about hiring. CFA's disclosure document provides vital information about the firm's business operations, services, investment philosophy, fees, and qualifications.
